Start 2026 grounded, balanced and with self care. This workshop was created to nurture your body and soul with all the right ingredients:
Restorative Yoga- All poses are in seated or reclined position. We will get a deep stretch, focusing on the breath as we open all our energetic pathways. You will feel relaxed in your poses, while listening to a carefully curated playlist to uplift and inspire your New Year Intentions. Restorative Yoga is for EVERY-BODY! We have bolsters, blocks, yoga straps and blankets and you will be compassionately guided to enter and exit your pose while listening to your body and honoring how it takes shape.
Reiki Healing: Kim, our resident Reiki practitioner, will be present to help guide Universal life force energy, promoting relaxation, emotional healing, stress reduction, and a sense of overall well-being thru Reiki both at the beginning and to conclude class.
Guided Meditation: A hand-written, guided meditation will be presented just before Savasana to set the tone for the best year ever.
Sound Bath: Let the sounds of the Native American Flute and drum, Koshi chimes and crystal singing bowls lead you deep into your Savasana.
All are welcome to join in this immersion of healing modalities to begin 2026 in the most nurturing way.
