INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Warm Ayurvedic oil is applied to the forehead and scalp, followed by a face, neck and scalp massage. This treatment is an excellent choice for those who want to try an Ayurvedic style treatment, as well as for those suffering with tension headaches, TMJ and neck tension. This can be scheduled as a stand-alone treatment or added to a mini facial or 30 min massage.

was created by a beloved and loyal client who suggested we blend our 60 minute massage with a sample of Zone Therapy, an Ayurvedic foot massage using shiatsu and reflexology techniques, aromatherapy and a sample of the Indian Head Massage, along with steamed towels for the head, back and feet. This has proven to be a guest favorite!

This specialized facial massage focuses on relieving deep tension in the jaw, cheeks and facial muscles. Gentle external techniques are combined with careful internal jaw work (performed with gloves) to release holding patterns often linked to stress, clenching and TMJ discomfort. Ear Seeds applied to Acupressure points on the ears are included to alleviate the symptoms of TMJ and inflammation. The result?
