Please make your best effort to get here 10 minutes before your appointment time to check-in, use the restroom and fill out any paperwork.

We understand the obstacles in getting here, including traffic and parking, however, appointment times may not be extended due to late arrivals out of respect to our staff's schedules and courtesy to guests who have appointments scheduled after yours.  There will be no price adjustments made to accommodate late arrivals.

When using a GPS to get to us, it is very important to enter our address and NOT the business name.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you kindly give a 24 hour notice of cancellation (or rescheduling) of your appointment.  Failure to give us the courtesy of this notice will result in the full amount of the service charged to your next appointment or card on file.

A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment.  This card will be charged in the event of late cancellation or rescheduling.  Illness, Covid-related situations, school cancellations, weather, on-call for work, work mandates and the like, do not excuse this policy. Gift cards will be deemed null and void for all late cancellation/rescheduling and no-show appointments.

To reschedule for an appointment after a no-call/no-show or late cancelled/rescheduled appointment, we require all future-scheduled appointment to be paid in full.

All late arrivals will be responsible for payment of the full service(s) scheduled.

GIFT CARDS

To ensure the integrity of our Gift Cards/ Certificates, all Gift Cards/Certificates are non-transferable.  The Gift Card/Certificate must be used by the recipient's name on the card.  The service printed on the card, however may be changed to a service of the recipient's choice, with the balance paid in-full at the time of the appointment.  All remaining balances will be credited to the Gift Card/Certificate.  Gratuity is not allowed to be deducted from remaining Gift Card/Certificate balance.  Prices are subject to change.  All balances are due at the time of redemption.

  We're very fortunate to have parking at Blue Lotus Spa.

  • Sunday- Saturday (8AM-5PM) There are three lots accessible to our guests: behind, on the side of and in front of the building FREE OF CHARGE.

  • FREE street parking on the lower end of Elm Street.

  • Monday- Friday (9AM-5PM)-Meter parking on Durfee Street and upper part of Elm Street (pay at kiosks). 

  • FREE street parking after 5PM- 9AM Monday-Friday.

  • FREE street parking Saturday and Sunday and most holidays.

  • Enter the Creative Class building thru the Professional Suite doors, located to the left of the glass Residential doors.

  • Pass our building, take a left at the next light, then left into the Central Street parking lot

  • Creative Class lots can NOT be used after 5PM, unless you are a resident of the building.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

  • We accept: Cash App, Venmo, cash and credit card payments.

  • A convenience fee is added to all credit card transactions.

  • Personal checks are not accepted.
