


Our Thai Yoga Class is a traditional practice that combines acupressure, stretching, and assisted yoga poses to promote well-being and restore balance to the body. By using passive stretches and yoga-like poses, your practitioner will facilitate a deep decompression of the spine and elongation of the muscles, freeing stagnation and alleviating tension in the body. This is a passive-type of class beginning with Pranayama (breathwork) and ending with a guided Savasana.

Experience the power of intentional breathing to support physical and emotional release. This session uses rhythmic breath patterns to increase oxygen flow, stimulate circulation and help clear stagnant energy and emotional blockages.
This session is designed to support total mind-body wellness. As the breath deepens, the nervous system begins to regulate, mental clarity improves and the body and mind shift into a state of calm and restoration.
This session is perfect for anyone seeking renewal, reset and energetic cleansing.
We have everything you need: Bolsters, yoga mats, blankets, blocks, eye pillows. If you have your own yoga mat and blankets, please bring them.
