We are so fortunate to have a beautiful yoga studio within our spa, Sanctuary Wellness, where we can gather and offer workshops to our community. There are lots of opportunities for you to expand your knowledge in Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and other wellness workshops as well as makeup, skincare, facial and other spa-type events. We also have continuing education workshops for professionals to learn new skills for facials and massages and Ayurvedic treatments.

Face Yoga (prt 2)

Let's continue to dive deeper into specific facial exercises that strengthen and release congestion and stagnation in the facial muscles. You will learn a sequence of postures that will facilitate a more subtle, youthful appearance and glow. We will discuss Chinese medicine and how it relates to different areas of the face and how we can move Chi (energy) by manual manipulation. Special bonus of a warm-up routine and product introduction. This is an educational and FUN class for all ages.
*Face Yoga 1 is NOT a requirement to participate in this class.

Yoga Nidra for Gratitude & Trataka

Take time to nurture yourself during this busy time of year. Wear your cozy clothes and let us tuck you in with your favorite blanket (or use one of ours) and enjoy a hand-written guided meditation to cultivate gratitude during this holiday season.
We will begin class with guided instruction for Trataka, an Ayurvedic meditation also known as Candle Gazing. The combination of these two types of meditations will send you into a blissful and relaxed emotional and physical state that will set the pace going forward into the hectic holidays.
No meditation experience necessary. This is a one-size-fits-all class. Come as you are!

Join us for our 3rd annual Christmas PJ Restorative Yoga with Meditation and Sound Bath.
A deeply relaxing and festive yoga class with special playlist and hand-written guided meditation. All poses are either in seated or reclined positions, with added support from bolsters, blocks, blankets and compassionately-led for the ultimate comfort. Stay for light refreshments after class or take home with you.
