Thai Yoga Class

Our Thai Yoga Class is a traditional practice that combines acupressure, stretching, and assisted yoga poses to promote well-being and restore balance to the body. By using passive stretches and yoga-like poses, your practitioner will facilitate a deep decompression of the spine and elongation of the muscles, freeing stagnation and alleviating tension in the body. This is a passive-type of class beginning with Pranayama (breathwork) and ending with a guided Savasana.

Sturgeon Moon Ritual:
Release, Restore, Renew

Sat Aug 29@1:00
Let's bask in the energy of the Sturgeon Moon together with therapeutic movement, cleansing breathing techniques, guided meditation/Nidra, Sound and reflection thru journaling.
The Sturgeon Moon is associated with abundance, perseverance, gratitude and preparing for the Autumn season.
This year, the Surgeon Moon reaches its peak illumination on Friday, 28 at 12:18, making this event on Saturday perfect for releasing old habits, thoughts, mind chatter and setting the tone to bring in the new.
Class will begin with a grounding practice of Restorative yoga, Pranayama and positive affirmations, expertly curated for the occasion. A soothing Nidra will follow, with Sound bath. The option to take your journal home or to spend some time in-studio to journal and get to know our yoga community. Light refreshments will be served and your own yoga journal will be given to you as our gift to you.
No yoga experience necessary. Come as you are. Bring your friends and cleanse your spirit.

The Harvest Moon will be full during the day on Saturday, 26, the perfect opportunity for us to gather, pause, reflect upon what we cultivated and open ourselves to receive all that's good.
This is surely an EXPERIENCE that is crafted with Yin Yoga for that stillness and deep opening, Yoga Nidra specific to gather your light and sound element. A beautiful Moon Elixir will be served as you have an opportunity to make your own sachet, using our botanical selection to represent what you want to carry with you into Autumn.
